Who can use Maple Tree Kids

You must be an adult (18+) to create an account. Kids use the app through a parent's account and under a parent's supervision.

Membership and price

Membership costs $2.99 per month or $29.99 per year for each kid, plus any sales tax. There's no free trial. Anyone can play one free sample game without an account.

Your membership renews automatically until you cancel. Adding a kid adds one seat to your bill; removing a kid lowers it from the next billing period.

Cancelling and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund details are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms

Cancel anytime from "Manage billing" on the parents' page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Using the app well

Please don't use the service for anything unlawful, fraud or spam; copy, resell or infringe anyone's work; upload malware or anything harmful; or try to probe, scrape, reverse-engineer or break the service. Real-life missions should always be done with a grown-up nearby, and safety comes first.

Suspending accounts

We may pause or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or a fraud or security risk.

Our content

Maple Tree Kids, including its software, games, art, stories, voices and branding, belongs to Julio Torres. You can use them for your family's personal learning.

Not professional advice

Maple Tree Kids is an educational activity. It isn't medical, safety-training or professional advice, and it doesn't replace a parent's judgment.

Limits

We work hard to keep the service running, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. It's provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes in advance.
